Management
Daniel C. Barnett, President
Dan, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, is a many year veteran of the steel building construction industry who started as a draftsman for one of the leading steel building manufacturers in 1972. He came to Arizona in 1976 to work for a steel building contracting company and eventually purchased the company. In time it became the largest steel building contracting company in the state of Arizona and one of the top in the country.
After selling the company, and taking a short hiatus, Dan, with the encouragement and support of the Stravinski Companies, re-entered the steel building business. In 2005, he helped form and now heads Arizona Corporate Builders, LLC, which in now also a leading steel building contracting company in Arizona.

Dave Manarin, Vice President
Dave has a Bachelor of Science Degree for Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction.
He has over 28 years of experience in the steel building industry with over 20-years working with Dan Barnett.
Dave has held various positions in the steel building industry from Steel Building Field Crew Coordinator, Project Manager, and Sales Manager. He has extensive experience working with many of the major steel building manufacturers in the industry. Dave has been with Arizona Corporate Builders since its inception in 2005.

Greg St. Clair, Pre-Construction Services
Greg is a graduate of Brigham Young University from their nationally ranked Construction Management program. He has been in the construction and metal building industry for more than 23 years. He brings a unique set of skills to the table with relationship building and problem solving expertise.
Positions Greg has held in the industry range from senior estimator with top ENR general contracting firms to sales manager for two of the top metal building manufacturers to selling and running furnish and erect metal building projects of all sizes and complexities. He has proposed on and run projects from small building repairs to fast-track school projects to large industrial crane buildings. Greg is well versed in the use of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building System in the Design Build approach to delivering projects. Greg is a valuable addition to the talented team of steel building experts at Arizona Corporate Builders.
